I've got two free simple web templates that you can use for your static websites and blogs; Dawn Fireflies and Spiderman. That means you -bloggers- have to write your own syntax on templates. You can easily modify colors, images, and fonts in CSS (that is why I filed them under Crayon Box category). Modify? Yes! They are licensed under a GPL license, which means that you can modify them in any way you like. However if you choose to re-release them, the license has to stay the same and you have to credit all authors that have worked on the templates before. But forgive me for giving no download links. Please shoot me an e-mail including your web URL if you intend to apply these templates. I have to know your URL before because you musn't use them for pornographic websites or something similar. I'd appreciate if you'd just use them for your personal or organisation website (blogs).
